Myself Satyabrata Mahalik ordered a Skybags backpack from Myntra on dt:05/12/20 with Rs960 and received a total different backpack of Skybags(different colour and cheaper) on dt:10/12/20. Then immediately complained for exchange or refund but twice my request on quality check basis. But all original tags and packing are there still they are rejected my request. Please help me to get replacement of the item.
