Made an online order of a clothing product on 3rd April from Mantrafab. Amount of Rs 349 paid via Gpay. Amount debited from my account and credited to RB Enterprise.
No product received so far. No response to my repeated emails. No refund. Other than an email id no other contact mentioned on the their website.

I have now learned that they have been repeatedly cheating many people.
I request you to please look into this matter with some urgency and help us to stop such frauds.
