I have ordered a saree on 15/6/2023 through their website and I have paid 1155.46 through phone pay but till now I have not received the saree 28/06/2033.I have contacted them they told we have Dispatched. And i have checked tracking number it showing the status is already “returned parcel already received in hub”. They have dispatched that order in wrong address not for my address that is their problem they should check proper address. But i didn’t get saree its already returned to them.they will reply daily once that to if I cl 10times then only they will receive once and continuously asking order id but no further updates about saree. They are not ready to refund my amount also. Please take action about her other wise she will do cheated for everyone. She will do daily makeup and she will update daily shorts but she don’t have time to respond to customers. Karma will not leave anyone. She will suffer a lot if she is doing like that business.
