Sub: Regarding cheating/fraud

Sir, with due respect I want to submit this complaint of cheating.
That on 17.7.2020 I searched from facebook a Captcha work which is under H.S. Enterprises and a Madam  contacted me through Mobile Nos: 9909901496 and whatsapp No. 8155016083 and sent a License Agreement at my mail I.D.  which has not been signed by me. They have chatted at my mobile No. They demand to pay money 6900.for panalty.I pay money with you.  After then they calling me again to demand money 12950  for the cancellation and N.O.C .I am unable to pay money. they  send me notice of  case file  again and again.
That on 21.7.2020 I mailed to the company that please deactivate/cancel my Captcha account as I am unable to do this work as I was feeling that it is a fraud work. The copy of mail is enclosed herewith.
That yesterday, i.e. on 01.08.2020 they threatened me that you send Rs. 6900-/- then we will give NOC to you otherwise I will send you legal notice and Police will arrest you immediately. Hearing this I afraid and contacted my relative namely Shyam Bahadur Tripathi to make a payment to the concerned company, i.e. H.S. Enterprises and they made payment to the concerned firm. The copy of receipt is enclosed herewith.
That again they also demanded Rs. 12950/- for giving NOC then it was transpired to me that they have cheated me. I also searched at net and I felt that it is a fraud company. The copy of whatsapp chating and text messages are enclosed herewith.
Thereafter I made a call so many times but they did not respond. When I made call from my relative!s mobile to the person who chatted on whatsapp on 17.7.2020 whose mobile No. is  8155016083 and told his name as Amol Patil @ Naresh Patel and threatened and abused and threatened for dire consequence.
In view of the facts mentioned above, your goodself is, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against such type of wrong doers who are cheating the public at large through a gang which is activated all over India.
