yes i have been cheated by this company after being a good customer for almost 6years. i had booked a grocery prepaid order from flipkart of 30 items. the delivery guy delivered only 12 items and left saying that another deliverY agent would deliver the rest. but after a few minutes i got a message confirmation saying that the grocery order of all items were delivered. i immediately call the flipkart customer care and a person of name mr saurav was on line and apologized to me for the inconvenience and offered to help, he started booking a return for all missing items one by one and had the refund come into my flipkart gift card account for 15 of the 18 missing items . three items which were costing on higher side was said it would take a few days for the refund which i agreed, but the shocker came the next day. i got a message and a mail from flipkart saying that my account had been blocked due to too many returns, i was confused i again spoke to the customer care and they said that it would be escalated to higher ups to see what is wrong, but again the next day i receive message saying that my query had been closed and account is blocked permanently. i was really upset at to there was not a single call from flipkart to enquire what had happened nor did they initiate a refund till now. i lost all the money for those 18 items not delivered plus around 1250 super coins i had in my account with this atrocious company called FLIPKART for no fault of mine. BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS
