I ordered three items from ferrarishoes.com site on 23-07-2020. Through Facebook only I came to know about this site. They took payment for the orders but still I did not receive products. I got one message from the site like ” your ordered product shipped via EXPRESSGO COURIER”. But by tracking the order through the courier site it showed the status under transit from 28/7/20 onwards. There is no contact number bother the merchant site as well as the courier site. So I wrote mail both of them but didnot get any reply. Today even i tried to cancel the order and submit one form through the link given by the ferrarishoes.com site. I dont think they will respond. It’s a well planned forgery. Help me to get the money back from the ferrarishoes.com site.
