I had ordered shirts amounting to Rs 1197 from a website called kukfebi, which I came across through an advertisement on Facebook, on 9 November. I received the following confirmation via SMS-
“Thank You For Shopping With kukfebi Your Order is Confirmed Your Order Will Deliver to you on 13-11-2020.We don’t ask for OTP/PIN for offers to demand money.Email us. kukfebi.contact@gmail.com contact us: 9925750697, working time:10AM to 07PM”
Not having received the goods, I tried tracking their website, and realized it was pulled down, and no such website existed the next week. I hold Facebook equally responsible for this fraud, as it was through an advertisement on Facebook that I made this purchase.
