I have an issue with the delivery.
It was an OTP base delivery
The delivery person called me and kept asking for address regardless of telling him to refer to the given address …I asked him to locate it with the help of google map if he is having issue with the address. We had communication barrier as he was not able to communicate in english. After several attempt of telling him he agreed to come to the given address and asked for OTP saying he will be here in a minute….Trusting him I gave my OTP which I shouldn’t have.. Later around 8:30pm I was notified stating the delivery was delivered..
Next day I contacted the customer support of flipkart and through them I came to know that late at night around 1a.m my order delivery was confirmed and imaged was being sent to them whereas I haven’t receive my delivery yet… Even Flipkart is denying to help me since it is OTP base
