I was asked by the delivery executive to pay amount via UPI for him to make the payment at the store. I ordered via swiggy genie.
He also asked me to make the payment through the payment link in the app.
He assured me that I would get the refund. And I had to contact the customer care.
There’s no response from the customer care nor the delivery person
