Respected Sir/ Ma’am,
I am cheated by Airtel Mobile Postpaid services against my mobile number 9910800713. In the month of March I paid my outstanding bill of Rs. 1466 as I was shifting out from postpaid to prepaid services also prior to making the payment I visited Airtel Store located at Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad and call up the customer care support of Bharti Airtel too. Unfortunately my four number which was under the family plan got disconnected but my Primary number didn’t. Even after reminder and reuqest to all sources it has not been escaleted till now and all my services has been barred and even they are sending me messages to pay Rs. 3913 against the outstanding or my number will be permanently disconnected. I am a Health care professional and don’t even think to loose this number since so many contacts are connecting me on this number only.
Kindly look into the matter urgently.
