I have order Bluetooth from amazon and I received a used item from amazon. On the same day I raised a request for the refund. amazon had picked the item next day. and from the day I return the item I am following up with them. Amazon customer care people were telling within 3 to 5 business day will get the refund. Its been 10 days I have not received the refund and after I shout on them they started telling I will not get the refund for the item because I return the Wrong Item to them. and when I asked to return the item which they sent me and what I return them for that also they are not ready. Amazon is not ready for the exchange and refund.
I have been cheated by amazon of 1999 Rs
