We are authorized Dealers of Havells in Kerala, and We started the seller registration last two months before in the name of Dreams Casa Makers LLP
As per order received from Amazon site we courier the products through amazon authorized movers, after few days of pick up the materials from our warehouse we received two packets with waste items instead of our products we handed over to amazon authorized courier person
Now our seller account also not opening and showing We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily.
trying to contact amazon customer care and not receiving positive reply and more than 1 lakh rupees products we handed over to amazon courier person and not received single payment or our products
Request you to kindly give a solution to recover our products or payment from Amazon
