Text of Complaint by Jaswanth:

Order a phone on July 24,2022 Amazon Sale day. Order was promised to be delivered on July 26,2022. But, exectuive didn’t deliver the order, on top of that it was updated Customer is not reachable. I continued followup on delivery till August 6th, but now the order was cancelled without my approval. I want Amazon to answer for this behaviour with the customer and the compensate for my loss of time and energy and mental torture I have gone throug this 10 days of followup with Amazon customer service by holding on to the phone line for 20 to 30 mins every day. Also, Amazon must answer for the arrogance of it’s executives and managers
