I ordered JBL Airpods and BOSE headphone as combo offer @ Rs=1599 on dated 25th May,2021. Offer was reflecting on GOOGLE.
After order booking i got a message shared by SHIPROCKET that my shipment about to packed and connect behalf of NEXA SHIP with amazing offer items.
Later i received message on 27th May, that DEHLIVERY courier service about to deliver your order at your doorstep today please keep ready amount Rs=1599.
When i got parcel delivered by DEHLIVERY after cash payment paid, box / parcel was contains with fake local headphone of Rs=150 or 200.
i tried to contact HASHALLY contact number which is dose not exist, NEXA SHIP has no customer care details, SHIPROCKET asking to direct contact to shipper. DEHLIVERY not responding properly and asking to contact shipper.
I want to file complaint against HASHALLY.COM, SHIPROCKET and DEHLIVERY who looted customers money and not supporting to return fake items.
