The speed of network that they claim is 4G but what actually we are getting is not even 2G. Even when we do complain for this bad internet connection they ask us to have patience, and the excuse they give is that there are large number of user in your area. I don’t know what does this mean, if I am paying for the service I am supposed to enjoy those facilities. Even sometime service provider irritate you by asking plenty of questions and ending the chat by doing nothing and asking us to have patience. They don’t even know how much time do they want to fix this issue. We are being cheated by the company.
