Can you guys let me know if you Guys given alternative option to me then why not given to me .now ur are doing just formalities.i don’t like such kind of cheapest service there is no proper response due to ur mistake I have given rs-1500 instead of Rs-700 or 800 just because of ur mistake…after waiting more then 1 hours there is no single call received related alternative or intimation. Yesterday I know how I had managed whole thing after struggling more then 3 or 4 hours with Paytm..
Paytm totally fraud company and there is no proper response I have booked bus 16th oct18 bus however at the last moment after gone bus time getting intimation ur bus has been cancelled before this getting confirmation it it bus will reach with in 20 mints again wrong commitment.Then asked to me alternative said wait 1 hour more still not getting alternative bus confirmation..dont book bus from paytm
