I’ve given complaint for slow speed Internet issue on 17/01/2019, they ask 4 to 5 days to solve problem, and I got a call on 24/01/2019 they didn’t solve my problem, & they told me they there executive will come to my place on 25/01/2019 at 11-00am, nobody will come to meet me , and now I called them but they are not giving me perfect reason, and they are asking more time, why should i have to give him a time wile they crossed there complaint duration time, unnecessary they give me negligence answer, worst response, silly reason I’m getting from them, If u people don’t able to solve customers problem they why maintaining customer core and all, just shut down those things,
Now GPRS is better then Vodafone super net 4G, ?
