I had ordered a saree from Lajree which was costing 1099/- after first time purchase discount. The saree delivered is of very cheap quality nand not worth the cost. The saree displayed on their website n app is elegant. However the one delivered is absolutely rubbish. On having a telephonic conversation with them they refused to refund the amount and declined returning the product. They mentioned there’s only exchage available with a different saree. Once duped why would one want an exchange. They fool you and send you a return policy after you reject there poor quality saree. They are duping customers off there hard earned money. They should be severly reprimanded for such fraudulent practices and customers must receive their refund which they are entitled t.. please take action against Lajree designer saree before they dupe more customers.
