I got the different and cheap product instead of I ordered. I paid Rs. 1500/-. I left the mail so many times to return the product. 15 days are over. Till now no response. Not even attending phone calls.

Any one got the refund or able to return the product? If done, please let me know the procedure.
I bought a saree from Rudra Silks for ₹ 1499. But it is not the one I had ordered. The saree is not of good quality nor of our choice. When mailed, there is no reply. It is, I think, a fake company. I warn others not to fall prey like me.
