I have ordered Calvin Klein logo plaque tote bag worth Rs.3499/- from MAHADEV ENTERPRISES but instead I received some cheap quality bag worth Rs.200/- max.
They are not replying or doing any further process of refund and return.
I have made an opening video of package as well for proof.

They are cheating and robbing money.
My order id is 954779.
Requesting to refund amount.
