I had ordered and paid for a customized baby lehenga on 16/02/2019 from a chennai boutique, through a Facebook page

I was promised of good quality and perfect stitching, but the dress was delivered to me as a cheap material that’s half done with late shipment at the last moment. The value of the delivery package was not worth my money at all. The fitting was really bad and the owner (Smita Kiran) broke all the promises. When asked about returning the product or remaking it, the owner responded rudely to me and blocked my number, stopped any communication after receiving Rs 4700/- from my end. I want them to take their defective product back and refund me. The damage to the dress is irreparable and I can’t use it.
