Hello,
I had bought the trading software from Rich Trade Live company. They have still not given me what they assured on their advertisement. I sent them emails also about the issues to their support email ID and till date they have not answered to my emails. Their support staff is very unprofessional and lazy. I would like to complain against them for blocking the software for none of my mistake. I only need the money back from them for what I paid to them as INR 21000. Please help.
