Text of Complaint by Subbaiya:

Dear Sir,
I have bought a 500 cc royal Enfield motorcycle from your company in 2016, which was serviced a few months ago at Karaikudi royal Enfield authorized service center.
when it was found to have a crack in its chase. However the branch refused to change it ,and said that they would inform the company about it when it shows up at the other service center in Pudukkottai today .and that it would take a few more months to change it. They also demanded payment for it.
Why should I pay for your product defects? I hope my vehicle will be properly inspected.

At this point I could not avoid raising some more questions.

1, it is clear that you are not paying proper attention to the vital axis of a vehicle.

2) It is clear that you do not care about the quality of the vehicle and the lives of the people who drive it, as you sell a maximum of vehicles.

3, You are clearly shouting at your sellers only how to deal with it if the vehicle’s production system is defective.

4, It is shocking that the operations of a traditional company are so bad.
