I got a sound box for my shop and the executive provided me the sound box said it is completely free of cost at the time of selling sound box. I believed him and took sound box first 2 months they didn’t charged anything and after 3rd month they start charging monthly 125 fee. When ever I reach customer care they said only no proper response. Today Paytm has deducted additional 68rs apart from my daily loan EMI and sound box charges and when I tried to know the reason for additional 68rs deduction they failed to give reason.
