Respected sir I had bought fire boltt ninja call pro plus smartwatch,model number BSW053 through Amazon on date 28 September 2024,Amazon order number 405-1091962-4126748 but now I am not able to turn on the smartwatch….pls replace my smartwatch with new smartwatch as it has only been 10 days since purchase…I am attaching pdf of invoice and video of smartwatch…pls solve my issue as soon as possible. Already put complaint on firebolt.com on 09 October 2024. Ticket number-3684342. But no response till date
