Text of Complaint by Vipul:

I recharged for INR 530 for my DTH account (3043237793-001) on 28th march and on Apr’2, I moved DTH to Airtel Black (postpaid). Airtel hasn’t stopped charging me on prepaid account and on daily basis the account balance is getting depleted. Lot of service requests and calls and emailing to Nodal officers hasnt yielded any result.
