This is with reference to your email dated 31.07.2021. I fail to understand as to why you are demanding Rs 300/- for simply changing my address. The connection was relocated in my current address in February 2020 by Tatasky Representative who did not take to system my present address at that time. The relocation was completed with one additional connection to my id with a Tata Sky Binge setup box which is visible in your website. Do you want to justify that I purchased a Tata Sky Binge Setup box in my relocation from market & got it privately installed?Your system will tell you when the additional setup box was taken & installed. I did not have Tata sky Binge in my id at my place of posting which was my earlier address.As there was not enough balance in my Tata Sky A/C The setup box & extra cable cost was paid to
your representative in cash. Now if he did not
change the address in your website is it my fault?
In response to your mail and in view of the position narrated above I concude that your company is harassing the consumer and trying for unjust enrichment.I I will take recourse to the judicial remedy by moving to consumer forum as well as appropriate authorities. My Advocate will shortly serve a legal notice separately.
