I AM USING STASHFIN FOR MANY YEARS AND DUE TO SOME ISSUES I FORGOT TO MAINTAIN A BALANCE IN ONE MONTH AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THAT ALMOST 800 AND I ASKED FOR THE REFUND OF CHARGES AND THEY INFORMED AFTER PAYMENT THEY CAN’T REFUND. SO WANTEDLY I SKIPPED SECOND PAYMENT SINCE THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED LAST PAYMENT CHARGES AND NOW ASKED FOR REFUND FOR THIS MONTH THEY ARE GOING ON INCREASING CHARGES AND ASKED TO WAIVE OFF. THEY ARE NOT DOING AND ESCAPING FROM THE CHAT BOX. NOT EVEN DOING A CALL BACK
