Text of Complaint by Lucky Kaul:

I am using airtel from long time from my college time around 15 Years . I called last month to cancel the my Black plan as i am not longer wanna use broadband internet agent ask me you have to clear your dues and then we will raise disconnection request . But after month again i received the bill for broadband service . now they are telling me you have to call again at same time of disconnection of black plan which no one told me its totally mis leading customer
