Text of Complaint by Nagapreethi:

I have created account in mobiqwik then I got zip amount worth 3000/- .i have used 1417/- rupees from the zip money .later i have paid the amount but they didn’t updated it in the portal . And they keep on charging the late fee and calling me continuously.once i got call from their employee about the bill payment i said i paid the amount but u people are not updating it i said.then she asked me to send the screenshot i sent it through WhatsApp after seeing that image they are not responding.again one more person called and asked me to send screenshot i shared it and she is also not responding.due to their negligence my cibil score is getting impacted it’s been effected alot .so please take some action on my request.
