Hello sir/madam,
I am mohammed hafeezulla, I had taken loan from rupee redee app 4 years back, for 7500 they are charging penalties and late payment fees and made 30000 as of now, when I got to know that i have balance I contact there customer care they are not helping me to close the loan and telling to pay full amount of 30110 ,
I am requesting them to wave off late payment fees Or penalties they are not agree with that daily they are charging some amount, for 7500 they are asking 30110 rupees please help me to close this loan,
