hi, my complaint is that we consume around150-170 units of power on monthly basis (GESCOM)..
On month of June 2020 they are not generated current bill.. don’t know why
But on bill generated on 13th July 2020 they generated bill of 2months as 311units (this 311units is of 2months),instead of generating 2bills of 150 or 160units each, they charged 1 bill of 1890rs or they considered it as one month consumption..
It’s there mistake not to generate bill on June month,if bill was generated on June it would be arond 150units aprox or 500rs current bill ..
How can they charge 2months bill at one month , as current bill generated on unit basis.. instead of 1000 or 1200rs bill for 2months, we got 1890rs
