I have ordered my food online from swiggy at 2.10 pm and they told that it will deliver within half and hour and after one hour also they cant deliver it.
So i requested to cancel it because you failed it to deliver it on time but instead they started to tell there policy that a 100percent fee will be charged and your cod option will be cancelled later on .
Why is this policy there only benefit of company itself as they can’t deliver it on time and they are failed to solve the issue .
