Airtel is charging the customers for the calls being made to bank and other customer care numbers. These charges wouldn’t be covered under unlimited plans, customer have to recharge separately to connect to customer care numbers for any support. Airtel should clearly state that customers wouldn’t be able to call any customer care numbers with 1860 series and requires additional recharge to be made despite having unlimited plan.
