Hi,

On 29th May I activated an offer of 1month free Netflix given by Vodafone and on 29th May 6:10am I have deactivated the same and on 28th May I just checked is it still working or not but I got deactivated as mentioned above.but when I got my monthly bill they have charged me rs 650 extra,which as per their customer care executive Savita I will.not be charged…after that I mail them many times and ask to listen the phone recording of that day but nobody is helping me out.

I have already paid my monthly bill R’s.299 in which by mistake 50rs are extra paid.so now as I am not ready to pay that extra amount,also, Vodafone is not ready to give any solution I have no option left but to file a complaint,

 

So request the concern authority to please help me out.
