I board the bus from Bypass Delhi to Chandigarh, (PNR-2308617) on 28th sep at 10:20 am the agent took 550 rupees from me and provide me the ticket without any invoice and when i downloaded the app and saw the ticket price Is 434 and when I have complaint the same to their customer care they told me that we will provide you the invoice of 550/- …which is still pending, this Is a prima facie scam against their own customers.
