I have ported from Jio to Airtel SIM on 30/07/2021, the Airtel officer has charged me Rs.300/- to issue the Airtel SIM but the MRP of the SIM is Rs.5/- even after paying Rs.300 they have not activated any plan in my Airtel SIM. So now I need to invest Rs.249/- again to recharge the plan. I sincerely request you to take action on Airtel office which is present near M.G road Hassan District, Karnataka.
