Hi, I booked a hotel from OYO on 13th July in Noida Sector -27 (The Vibe). Upon checking in i was ask for extra amount i called OyO team to which they had a discussion and asked me to pay thr extra to which they will be raising a ticket to OYo and give me the refund in 24 hrs. The same was confirmed from one of their guy pretending to be from OYO team..
Then i made the payment and i was assured they they will give me the bil during checkout.
While i was checking out they denied from giving bill stating have some problem with their system and assure that i will be paid in 24hrs. It have been week all they are doing is buying time and not filling their commitment.
I request to take immediate action against these schemes, not sure how many other are also being schemed in the same manner.
This needs to be stopped.
