I have purchased a airtel postpaid sim card no- 9760091921 on oct 21 from Airtel store Bikaner,Just went there for only a postpaid sim and nothing else. The airtel retailer name – Bhawani P.no-9001389893 offered me for Airtel’s DTH as well but I highly denied for the DTH as I am already using another service provider and quite happy with it and the retailer was ok with it.
So, From the store I picked up only a postpaid simcard and nothing else not even the DTH hardware, installation, cables etc.
Interestingly, the store retailer didn’t told me that I have to pay for DTH service as well for the airtel thanks app. This is really a shame as an individual.
But now Still getting the bill for DTH in respective months.
Its been 2 months chasing the customer care from December first week for the resolution but didn’t help out in any way you can check in my airtel Thanks app.
They used to say in December that resolution can be done after 3 months purchasing but now its been nearly 4 months they are asking for the clearance of the bill.
I am not fool so that I will pay the DTH bill without even installing it.Iam not going to pay for DTH service a single penny.
So its my humble request please remove the DTH service from my airtel black by immediate effect or I will be discontinuing any of the airtel services including the personal SIM.
