I visited airtel gallery in ambernath (full address:
2, Shiv Mandir Road, Basav Kalyan Nagar, Kher, Ambernath, Maharashtra 421501) on 22/12/18 and had to port my number from jio to airtel and was asked by the executive sitting there to pay rs. 100 to port to airtel and would also have not get any talktime or anything by paying 100, i would just be activating incoming calls and messages by paying that whereas the mobile number portability charges are just rs. 4 as per TRAI notification. Please redress my complaint as soon as possible.
