I was browsing on my Amazon app as usual for charging cable, and due to some data issue the charging cable got ordered by mistake and is not in my knowledge, the cable got delivered after few days, I called amazon to take it back and refund me. They are denying and refusing to take it back and they are contesting saying since it’s placed by me they cannot take the order back, this is cheating by Amazon. Please help me in returning this product and providing refund.
