Mine (manjula account number: 7040823570) is prepaid broadband connection. I paid for 6months broadband connection at once. After the end of 6months period I requested to disconnect. I have been sending many emails to customer service and there’s been no response. Later I have been receiving emails that there a due amount to be paid of around 3134Rs. Why will there be a due amount for prepaid connection ? I never ever requested Airtel to extend the period of my broadband connection. Without my concern how will they extend it and charging the amount unnecessarily? I have been receiving many calls from Airtel regarding this. I explained in detail everytime I received a call. And the story is repeating up until now.
