I have a corporate account and changed my plan to Redex for Rs.999\- per month. However, in error I might have change plan back 399\- due to which i’m charged with additional amount of Rs.2500\- + tax. for exiting the plan before 6 months duration. However, I have not utilized any of the additional features till date provided with the pack so why i’m charged. No answer received from Vodafone on my query and it is very difficult to speak to someone there as it gets disconnected.
