My Vodafone no’s is 9833741376
I have been charged 113 amount for international roaming charges without my permission.
When I spoke to the call centre Ms Pratisha and Mr Amaya floor supervisor. They stated that it’s standard charges. Also informed them that my friends who are Airtel user they have not been charged. When questioned him that Vodfane charges and Airtel doesn’t. I even said that if I wanted the international roaming. I myself would have applied for the package deal. But as I had other alternative means which my friends were also using. Then why have I have been charged. They have even just discontinued my call without passing my call through the feedback service for rating the call.
I even have checked with my friend who Airtel user. They have not been charged.
I want to know why I have been charged without my knowledge.
