Dear concern
I have port my number from idea to vodafone few months back. Idea offered me free membership of amazon prime. But now after one year I have not given any request for continuing the membership but vodafone charged me annual membership. Moreover store manager is committing for reversal of these charges 10 days back but now he is not responding even to cal. Kindly reverse these charges as soon as possible as I dont want this forced membership of amazon prime. My contact number is 8558855337′. Positive response is awaited.
