I have been chasing Paytm postpaid customer care to close Paytm postpaid account as it by default set for any scan n pay instead of using wallet where I already have amount..although I have number of time chaged to deduct automatically from wallet..but it seems its sort of cheating customer with unnecessary charges due to automatically deduct from postpaid account..and there is no Direct number where we can raise this concern.
