Everyone from customer care just replay with sorry and not helpful in any matter. If not solved ASAP I ll post issues un consumer forum and social media.
I purchased a Hotspot device and the first Bill has been generated. I have below concerns which are very disappointing from airtel, which makes me feel get rid of Airtel postpaid.
1) Bill cycle changed to 11th every month: I purchased this device on 17-June and I was promised that the bill would be generated from 17. But bill generated on 11-july. Please don’t make customers fool.
2) Activation charge: There is 300/- Activation charge. What is this nonsense here? It was not told to me before they said all sim/activation are free and now you are charging this in the bill. No other company charges these activation charges.
I request you to please close my Postpaid connection otherwise I am going to escalate these issues publically. Please convert this to Pre-paid sim with remaining balance.
