I am a subscriber of tat sky and have 2 set TOP box at home. I have recharged as on 1st July for 12 months (+ 1 Month free), after 2 months when I see my app status it shows next recharge due on April 2020. How is that possible and the call centre people just keep saying that TRAI has increased charges in July. I have asked for details and as I check and enquired there is no new tax or increase from TRAI post July 1, 2019. Already the rates are too high and such kind of siphoning off people money is not a good thing. I have not changed any plans and infact we have raised complaints that even the channels that we subscribed were not coming for many weeks.
just because I have paid advance money it does not mean that the service provider can deduct the additional money without my consent. It’s a mental harassment for me. On the calls there executives are not providing any evidence of the increased charges or any communication made to me for my approval.
