I opted a plan of Rs. 499/- and cleared from your operator that it is fixed plan and no more charges will be included except taxes. In bill of the month April 2019, an amount of Rs.66/- (SMS and VC charges) + taxes were charged other than plan of Rs.499/-. As per plan SMS are free and VC are not included. Than why is it charged. I should not be allowed to avail anything except scope of the plan of Rs.499/-. Kindly look into the matter and allow me only the facilities which are under the plan of Rs. 499 + Taxes. I would like to request you please waive off this extra amount so that I can pay as usual. If not , then I have to consider other services which are cheaper and easily available.
