I was using Paytm Postpaid without any issue and all of a sudden I noticed a convenience fee on my monthly bill, I flagged the issue to the customer-care and they promised to check. No one reached out to me and I started getting warning messages and email that my credit score will be impacted. I got more than 50 calls threatening me to impact the cibil score.
I had a word with 4 different managers with Paytm and finally they agreed to refund 100 INR as a gesture of Goodwill (bullshit).
To resolve the matter, I agreed to pay the remaining amount and cleared the dues. Now the 100 INR promised is still not settled and again they have started threatening & bothering me for the dues.
Now its not about 100 rupees, its about the ethics and doing the right thing
